At UK Flooring Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new flooring. If you have changed your mind, you can return your unused, unopened packs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Success team via our online portal or phone to register your return and receive a unique reference number.
Package Your Items
Ensure all flooring packs are unopened, in their original packaging, and secured on a pallet if the original delivery was palletized.
Arrange Collection or Drop-off
Choose between our convenient home collection service for a small fee or arranging your own courier to deliver the goods back to our central warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
